I thought you might be interested to know that things have gone really well since my knee surgery. I’ve moved age group this year to the Over 55s and thanks to your help have been selected for both the indoor and outdoor squads for Wales.
We’ve just won a silver medal at the Masters Indoor Hockey World Cup this last weekend in Nottingham (photo attached). Sadly we lost 4-3 to the Dutch in the final, but I did manage to score. We also have 4 Nations to come in June and the outdoor world cup in New Zealand in November.
